The company currently employs 180 highly qualified employees, its based in its own facilities with 1800 m2, and equipped with a vast range of modern machines.

Training

The technological evolution of the company has been accompanied by the continuous training of its workers.
All the know-how and expertise acquired over these 30 years are being passed down by the older workers to the youngest in the business environment.

THE WORK ENVIRONMENT

Within the company a good working environment is visible, contributing to the good relationship between workers and the simple and direct way in which communication is made.

CANTEEN / CAFETERIA

Our workers have a canteen / cafeteria with the necessary conditions to make meals or snacks.

MEDICAL DOCTOR'S OFFICE

Once a week a work medicine Doctor visit’s the company with the goal to evaluate and monitor the health and fitness of our workers.

TRANSPORTATION

Grantex has a fleet of vans that provides free transportation to all workers who do not have other means to travel to the company

GATHERINGS

Every year, the direction of the company promotes a ride and at Christmas are delivered gifts to employees.

SOCIAL RESPONSABILITY
