1. DESIGN AND MODELING

The design and modeling department is made up of highly qualified professionals with a significant experience in the fashion market.
We are prepared to design and develop any model, relying on the most innovative and advanced technology.

2. PRODUCTION OF SAMPLES

It is the beginning of the whole process. We use the CAD / CAM system to design sample pieces and production, which will be designed and tested by the design and modeling department.
All samples are strictly controlled to meet customer specifications.

3. CUTTING

The Gerber automatic cutting machine can cut several layers of fabric up to 5 cm thick allowing Grantex to cut a wide variety of textile materials.
We apply to these operations fully computerized processes for greater profitability, speed and reliability.
In addition to this machine we have several manual cutting tables for specific styles such as embroidery, lace, fur, etc.

4. SEWING

Each piece produced by us is special, it is unique.
We always take care of every detail.
We own a vast park of sewing machines of the most varied types and brands to meet the specifications of the pieces that allow designers more creativity.

5. LABORATORY

The quality laboratory works focused on precision, checking, controlling and ensuring the quality of materials and processes through physical and chemical tests.

6. PACKAGING

When agreed with our customers we provide this service from the placement of labels to packaging in cardboard boxes or hanging to go directly to the stores.

7. TRANSPORTATION

We have a modern fleet of trucks with capacity to deliver your orders anywhere in the country.

8. QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control is always present in all phases of the production process, that is, from the sample to the packaging.
Each piece produced by us is special, it is unique, we always have attention to every detail.
The entire production process is submitted to strict quality control, guaranteeing the best articles within the agreed deadlines.
